Would like to buy an ensorcelled runestaff, preferably 4x+ and with flares or enhancements. Could spend 10m on the right staff but happy to spend half that.

Aaaaaand got a staff.

Do you have a staff with flares already? I, or somebody could probably put a T1 on it for like 1.5m or so.

Otherwise, I could probably dig around my locker for something.
