Orb gems

I keep building up a bunch of orb gems now that I bothered to have my Bard sing my emeralds and diamonds. I'd just sell them to the gemshop for 10k, but orbs aren't worth as much as non-orbs for some crazy reason. Anyway, if you need some orbs for chrisms or such, let me know. I usually have a bunch available for 10k each. I only keep the emeralds, diamonds and rubies but if you have a preference, just let me know. Is the new lockpicking gems killing the market for bard purified gems?

In what way? Can they be used for chrisms or something? And aren't they more expensive? I've think I've seen people say they can sell them to the gemshop for over 10k.

Ohh I thought they were orbs, but I just checked the gswiki on them and it doesnt mention anything about them being orbs
