what are "greater" ice flares? are they like old stovel acid flares in power? ie 75 damage

Greater elemental flares. It has two different flares. One is a double ice flare and one is a normal ice flare. Both are independent and can happen on the same swing (for 3 flares). It also has some scripts and changes your eye color.

You can't ensorcel chaos weapons. You can't ensorcel any weapons with multiple versions of themselves in one script.

Since you suggested you weren't sure on your prices...

That morning star will likely sell for under 20m unless it gets pulled from Aprils Duskrin. It was 20k BP which even at a high 1.25 conversion puts it at 25m. Generally if people wanted these weapons they would have picked one up or will pick one up in April. Monotoli can't sell his 6x greater void pike for 14m.
So probably < 20m.

Staff, probably 20m. There is a few versions of that item with ensorcell tiers for 28m right now.
