I am selling my Tier 3 unlocked Forest Armor a set of mithglin and silver-ringed chain haubergeon (x4 augmented chain), one of a couple tier 3's unlocked.
Here are some specifics:

You analyze your chain haubergeon and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions.
The creator has also provided the following information:
Forest Armor may have either long and show descriptions. The details are as follows:
TIER 3
You will receive a greater awareness of your environmental surroundings. In addition, you will experience heightened sensitivity to the shadows, light, and darkness. Your survival instincts will become slightly elevated. Your armor will occasionally call upon Wind Gust, Leaf Swirl, and Mud Sling. Current verbs are: CLEAN, KNOCK, PRAISE, PULL, REMOVE, RUB, SENSE, SHAKE, TURN, and WEAR.
Armor can only be activated outside, and spending time indoors will cause your chain haubergeon to return to its natural state. It will not function favorably in water.
This chain haubergeon is Tier 3 of 4 Tiers, but Tier 4 is the raffle/auction version. Forest Armor was first released at Briarmoon Cove 2016.
You might be able to have a talented merchant lighten the chain haubergeon for you.
The haubergeon has been lighted at least once.

Each ability has 20% chance to fire at T3 on hit, miss, or dodge. More than one can be active/stack. +1 to all enhancive numbers for forest gnomes, The armor is further wizard enchantable with potions for enhancives.

Here is the cool messaging that occurs when the abilities go off:
A spiraling funnel of air bursts from your chain haubergeon toward a bog troll, knocking her off-balance!
The air spiraling around a bog troll dies down.
Diamond-shaped leaves sprout from your chain haubergeon and begin to swirl, obscuring your form!
The leaves swirling around your form are blown away by an errant breeze.
A thick clump of mud catapults from your chain haubergeon and lands on a bog troll!
The clumps of mud clinging to a bog troll dry up and fall to the ground.
Zests
You work your way into your chain haubergeon, adjusting the buckles and straps to secure a snug fit.
>clean
You brush your hand across your chain haubergeon, but can't seem to remove a few leaves and twigs.
>knock
You rap soundly upon your chest with a clenched fist.
>praise leather
Pressing your hand to the center of your chest, you beseech your patron for guidance.
>pull leather
You scrutinize your chain haubergeon, but find no traces of mud or twigs.
>rub leather
You take a cursory appraisal of the ground at your feet and pick out a few random leaves and twigs. Along with a handful of mud smeared across your chain haubergeon, you paste the bits and pieces in place.

You turn thoughtfully inward, searching to find the roots of your faith. You feel a pulse of subtle energy travel through your chest.

Starting at your shoulders with a rolling shrug, you give your body a bit of a shake, and several leaves tumble from your chain haubergeon to the floor.

You shift uneasily in your chain haubergeon, fidgeting and turning back and forth until you are comfortable with the fit.
