View Full Version : 124772 bloodscrip
SOLD for $1247
Paypal verified only. Must have some kind of positive merchanting history on this forum or reputation within the broader Gemstone community.
I may consider silver instead, or a combination; let me know if you're more interested in that.
As I have not gotten bids on the whole block, I will consider offers on smaller blocks now.

MB? Sorry goat, never going to sell at that price. Esp. for cash.
At $8.50/mil, this is 100 silver per scrip cheaper than the other auction that currently has a bid (edit: just realized it's your bid, heh). And still a bit cheaper at $8/m. I also already mentioned I was open to offers involving silver.
I don't mind if it doesn't sell. I imagine I'll find something nice at the next run, or maybe even get something at this weekend's auction.

You damn well better travel to any town to deliver for LEET dollars, lol.

Coincidence, I swear. I arrived at that number via careful market analysis in a very large spreadsheet.

On principle, I can't bid on anything where you have changed your mind. You said you were selling it at $1345, and now you are not. You are going back on your word.
It's really a matter of principle.

All I know about duskruin is that it's a repeatable pay event.
How much cash would you typically have to spend on duskruin runs to acquire that much bloodscrip?

$500 - $900 & around 35-45 hours of solid Duskruining, or so.
The fact that you can't earn any bloodscrip at the moment pushes the price up for those wanting to buy more for the auction tomorrow.

It's closer to 100 hours or more in the arena. The total cost is likely less, or at least the $500 number, depending on scrip per run and hunting efficiency.
But like he said that is irrelevant for this auction as you must have the scrip or obtain them from other players.
It may also be irrelevant for the next run too, depending on how the high end is disbursed (ie available limited time only from the onset of the run will put a premium on existing bloodscrip).
The cost to produce bloodscrip, as well as the time, varies significantly further for sewer runners.
Btw, I used 250 per run 4 runs per hours so 1K an hour to calculate results. You can finish faster than 15 minute runs but factor in unloading time and other distractions/issues. That is best case as not all characters will produce 250 results, and anyone can always disconnect and/or die.
I think it was 71 cents and a minute for 80 bloodscrip, or 71 cents and six minutes for ~240 bloodscrip - that's including spellup time and a rare arena failure, but not dealing with loot. You could also pull valuable gear occasionally, but it would slow you down (especially in the sewers) to deal with it all.
Of course, for tomorrow's auction, you can't gen new scrip on your own.
Edit: (Oops didn't see Roblar's reply before posting.)

And they said rapid fire nerf had nothing to do with duskruin...
Maybe not, but I'm sure it accelerated the shit out of the nerf happening.

I can't think of his name right this second, but he was a wizard who did rapid fire 901. He would finish an arena fight in 2 minutes 30 seconds.
If you could keep that pace, that would be 6k bloodscrip per hour.

How long does a run normally take?
This is now sold. Haldrik will be disappointed to know that I again compromised my integrity and accepted a price 72 cents lower than my last stated minimum bid.

Looks like you are easy to haggle down. 72 cents is hefty.
