I have an old altered two handed weapon that I can't recall what it does, what it's worth, or what it is really. Trying to confirm if it is just a plain blessable +32 two-handed sword that's been altered and added scripts to it. I'm pretty sure that's all it is, but here's what it looks like and does.
You swing an oversized thick-bladed espadon at a thunder troll!
AS: +268 vs DS: +67 with AvD: +42 + d100 roll: +52 = +295
... and hit for 113 points of damage!
Fast slash to the thunder troll's neck exposes its windpipe.
Quick anatomy lesson, anyone?
The thunder troll is stunned!
Roundtime: 6 sec.
I had a bard friend sing to it and it's +32, and I think it's a two-handed based sword (dex/agi bonus is 36, 6 sec rt as noted above). It's Voln blessed I believe. I can't inspect it because I get this message - "Inspecting that may not be a sound idea."
Here's what the crystal says:
>touch cry
You touch the crystal with one hand, your thick-bladed espadon in the other hand. Tiny sparks of brilliant golden light dance across your espadon. A silver nimbus glows for a moment around your espadon. A violet beam shoots up from your espadon toward the ceiling. A pure high note sounds, echoing through the room.
Here's the altered show:
>look esp
Thicker than that of a conventional espadon, the oversized blade of this weapon gives it a misleadingly clumsy appearance. The honed single edge of the weapon runs nearly parallel to its blunt opposite for most of its length, ending abruptly in a sharp upward turn to form a nearly rectangular blade. Obviously intended for practical rather than ceremonial use, the weapon is marked only by two circular holes cut near the simple blackened crossguard which rests atop a thin leather-wrapped hilt. A faint aura of holy light radiates from the espadon.
>put esp in scab
As you slide your espadon into your scabbard, the scabbard glows with an intense white light, which fades slowly.
>get esp
You remove an oversized thick-bladed espadon from in your black modwir scabbard.
These are the scripts I've found associated with it.
>pull esp
You quickly pull your thick-bladed espadon behind you, poised to strike.
>wave esp
You slash your thick-bladed espadon in a diagonal line through the air before you. The blade's edge flickers with a pale silvery light.
>tilt esp
You tilt your thick-bladed espadon from side to side, admiring the fine balance and making the moonlight play off its blade.
>rub esp
Careful not to cut yourself, you run one finger along the length of your espadon's blade, admiring its edge.
>raise esp
You raise your thick-bladed espadon high above your head in triumph! The blade's edge flickers with a pale silvery light.

You raise your thick-bladed espadon high above your head in triumph! The blade's edge flickers with a pale silvery light.
I don't know if it does anything else for scripted actions. It also does this:
>look in esp
You unscrew the pommel of your thick-bladed espadon and glance into the cleverly concealed opening within the handle. There is nothing inside. You screw the pommel back into place.
Any insight as to what this all means would be appreciated. I'm so glad I was able to get this sword back as it has a lot of sentimental value.
