Digging through lockers and found a set of these cool fans that are at least 10 years old. I think there were some raffled and sold in the years since then, but these are first production. Nothing else to unlock. They're just awesome.
Tons of demeanor-based scripts, wearable, alterable, and can hold a daggers/dagger-sized weapons. Different set of scripts for holding two fans at once. More here: http://forum.gsplayers.com/showthread.php?64447-Vanne-Fan-Scripts
a thin-bladed shadowy black fan 1m
a triple-bladed ivory silk fan 1m
a silver-bladed midnight black fan 1m
a dark-bladed crimson damask fan 1m
You analyze your midnight black fan and sense that the item is largely free from merchant alteration restrictions, but the creator has stated that "The item has restrictions on changing the noun."
The creator has also provided the following information:
You sense that any merchant may alter this fan, though it must remain a "fan," and alterations must make sense for wrist-worn items.
Currently, you are able to OPEN, CLOSE, PROD, PUSH, TURN, POKE, COVER, TAP, TILT, PULL, NUDGE, RAISE, RUB, TOUCH, WAVE, WEAR, and REMOVE the fan. You may also find it quite the thing for sheathing a dagger and giving it a FLIP back into your hands. Your demeanor in some of these actions may make a difference.
You can make the switch if you flip one that contains a weapon:
>in
You are holding a silver-bladed midnight black fan in your left hand.
>flip fan
You whisk your midnight black fan down in a stiff spiral, your arm moving in a sinuous curve as you weave the triple-bladed fan through the air. You bring it up in a vicious arc, freeing it from your grasp while at the same time letting the hidden dagger within twirl in a tight vortex of bladed fury. With one swift move, you plunge your hand out and catch the mithril fantail dagger while your other hand slams into the midnight black fan, snagging it around your wrist.

You are holding a bejeweled mithril fantail dagger in your right hand.
You are wearing a silver-bladed midnight black fan
1m each, first come, first served.
