how do you use Wands in bigshot?

Cant seem to figure out how to make my wizard use wants. I checked the use wands when oom and put in several different wands in the wands to use slot. But he still isn't using them. Could anyone suggest what im doing wrong?

Wand target maybe on the second attack command line ill try that.
