Persists after its last magical charge has been expended (i.e. you can take the heroism down to zero, charge it back up, rinse and repeat). Currently has several charges. 9m
This item also has a crumbly enhancive. What that means is is if you use up the enhancive, the item will crumble. The enhancive is currently at giantman charges level (which is higher than the max charge provided by the AG - an indication that this is most likely "fresh"). The enhancive is +1 aura bonus, +2 pickpocket ranks.
If you put it on to use heroism, and then put it away (dont do something stupid like leave it on for two months straight), it think you will get hundreds of uses of the heroism before you even need to consider refilling it at the AG. I guess technically you could take this to a merchant to make the enhancive permanent, but I think that would be a waste (just wear it, use the spell, take it off, use till empty, get it mage recharged and try order 5 at the AG to confirm enhancive charge level is not low before another round of usage, rinse and repeat).
>order 5
Duane takes your stickpin and peers at it through a large green crystal lens. Duane says, "I believe your stickpin is already fully charged."
This is a small item, under a pound. In your best estimation, it's worth about 300,000 silvers. You can also tell that there is some type of metal in the structure of the pewter stickpin.
You sense a faint aura of magic around the pewter stickpin. You also feel a faint drawing sensation from it, as though when its charge is depleted, it may be refilled. From the pitch of the vibration you determine that the purpose of the stickpin is to cast a spell or perform some magical purpose. Also, it seems to have some sort of enhancive properties.

And if MIU items are anything like scrolls - where pawn shop value indicates how many times you can recharge the item, then here is that information too:
You ask the pawnbroker to appraise an etched pewter stickpin.
The pawnbroker turns the stickpin over in his hands a few times.
Kilron grits his teeth and says, "Sorry Witbier, that's worth at least 89412 silvers, but I'll offer you 35,000 silver for it."
