So I have a level 22 f2p character, I was creating another f2p character tonight, somehow, when I pull up the lich login menu, it has my level 22 character and says "Gemstone IV Prime Test (ST)" and my other F2P listed under the same account name and just says "Gemstone IV" by that character, although I created the new character under a completely new account name. Also, when I log the level 22 character in, he's got inventory on him that I took off me days ago and he doesn't have at least one item on him that I bought a couple days ago that I know he was wearing earlier today.
Has anyone run in to any of these issues before? Would I do an assist in game to report the problem, or e-mail them because it's both an in game issue and out of game issue?
