murky blue buckler or TD small shield

Looking for the aforementioned buckler. The stats were 3x enchanted and 2x TD bonus. Or another comparable small shield with TD bonus.

I have it, it's had some work done and is not for sale, but I thought you'd like to know versus just wondering.

There use to be a 6x/2x mithril buckler out there but I'm unsure where the owner went.
