You want 37 coins. You have the rate of $8/m. So that is $8/1,000,000 coins. 37 coins * $8 / 1,000,000 coins = 0.000296 dollars as the units for coins cancels each other out.

But assuming paypal has a minimum amount for sending money, you'll have to send me 1 dollar at least for 37 coins.
