Typical price is between 5000-6000 silver per point. Depending on amount, need, and how many people want them. The high the amount needed the higher the base silver per, then bidding wars can drive it up more.

3500 is 100 PP away from a 9-10 basic enchant. Or 3400 for a 7-8x flare enchant. Just for example.
