Is there a way to look at a forging piece and determine the quality and if it's a best piece? Thanks.

For more context a "best" attempt on the vise when mastered in crafting results in a weapon that is equal to the worst piece used in its making + 1. A "normal" vise it is equal to the worst piece.

If you are mastered in the appropriate forging skills the "best" pieces will appraise as SUPERIOR quality. Thus two superior pieces + best vise = superior + 1 = perfect
