Looking for a mage - 20-40 or so

As it says in the title. Considering adding a mage (to save the cost of spellups). Would greatly prefer an account takeover, but willing to consider alternatives. Let me know what you have and what you'd like for them.

Race / Stats / Build / Name / Reputation all fairly inconsequential.

I have a 26 mage too if you are interested...sadly I have a second guy on the account that I would like to keep but if that isn't a concern I doubt I would want terribly much for him. Halfling almost mastered voln I can give you more info if you would like
