I'm PB, I drive a mini van. Sarcasm fails me, because I live in Florida and endured the suffering of a low-funded education. I know work as an IT professional, but have to post on a gemstone message board to get help for work, on very basic internet explorer issues.

Those four characters are banned how, permanently? I only ask because you specifically stated the wizard was locked out for 30 days, but just say the four others are banned.
