Yes. Just got it to 8x, max-light, T1 tonight as well.

So the fire flares are only 14%- which doesn't help.

Go get it fire flares via PPs or something- it'll be a beast of a weapon in camps at that point

So you want to keep it blessable, but have trollbane on it for fighting trolls, which you won't do in warcamps....

Not sure of the value then really. Nice weapon, but nothing crazy.

I know the blessing part isn't a super huge deal since the character it's on -is- a paladin, but that's the other issue. The reason for wanting to maintain its blessability falls in line with why a paladin wouldn't want to bond to a weapon that already has flares or weighting to it: paladin flares.

Yeah, it's a nice weapon. But fundamentally, it's just an 8x weapon that has infrequent fire flares (14% is really low) in a very specific context
The market for a vanilla weapon without forging is tepid at best these days. Most folks would prefer a 7x perfect over a vanilla 8x. The trollbane just doesn't bump the value up a ton.

Though it's a great project piece for sure.
