The part where her arm goes across her knees looks like it must be really hard to do with the fabric and whatnot. I also love the layers in her hair.

It really is, physics doesn't work the same with 3D objects. It's not a minor issue getting clothing to fall naturally with body movement which is why I think a lot of poses look a little stiff.
