She has a gown on but I wanted a close head and shoulders shot. Glad you like her. I must say, I love the background prop I used, expect to see much more of it.

Depends. I get a lot from the DAZ store and from Renderosity. Also, Runtime DNA has some great selections.
If, by "skin", you mean the characters actual skin that is. Maybe you are using it in another context though?
The skin I used for her is from a character called Danika, although the head morph is from a character called "Charlie" and I used the V6 model.
